After a decade in the heart of Silicon Valley, we're expanding our team into India and we're looking for highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team.

A new type of offshoring!
Kondra provides a unique value proposition: a highly skilled and experienced team that tackles high value problems. Because our differentiator is experience and skill, the classic offshore model of minimum wage software factory doesn't work. Instead, our goal is to extend our existing model into India. This means we're looking to put together a small team of highly skilled and experienced individuals and give them the same responsibilities as the team in the US. This means architecture and design responsibilities as well as project ownership. This also means that every member of the team needs to be capable of working directly with customers just as our US team does. Of course if we're going to hold our team in India to the same standards, we need to provide them the same tools which means modern equipment, multiple screens, 24in monitors and every other productivity tool our engineers in the US get. This also means that when the CEO tells you how things should work, it's your responsibility to tell him if you have a better solution. At Kondra, if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem!
